Welcome New Visitors

I notice that there are quite a few new visitors today, mostly coming from Fugly Horse of the Day. Thanks for stopping by! If you haven’t been here before, I hope you enjoy browsing around. You might be interested in taking a look at a few past posts about my horses, but more specifically, the ones about Ariel and Lana. Those two horses’ stories may be similar to the FHotD post about Alibar.

This blog is a rather eclectic one and topics aren’t always about horses or horse related. And if you have questions, please feel free to leave comments. I try to respond to as many as I can.

Hey Liz! I didnt get here via Fugs, but I like it just the same! ;)

Rubs to the goaties from the Southland here. Are they ready for your winter?

Aw thanks Mrs Mom! :)

The goats are doing well. It’s supposed to freeze tonight and they will hunker down in their stall tonight just like they have been doing since day one. :)

And the horses are fuzzed up. Toad’s mom brought him a rain sheet yesterday. He’ll be heading home to her place next week most likely.

The barn kitties love their stacks of hay and straw to sleep on and the yellow lab has a new fleece and foam bed to snuggle up on. He’ll get to come into the house at night here soon I bet, but he really does prefer his bed in the barn.

The house kitties...one sleeps on the heated floor in the bathroom and the other wherever he decides a good place to sprawl is.

I think I have come up with a new post right here. I’ll elaborate more on the change of seasons soon.

Sometimes I really miss the change of seasons. Here, it is still shorts weather. (Well, ok so for ME shorts weather is like.... until January..hehe)

Those little goatie girls are so darn cute. So happy they are with you guys in a great spot!

Hey how much snow do you usually get up there? My two little men have never seen snow, and they ask about it all the time. Guess we will have to fly up to Tundra Country to see my Dad in the winter. (Can you say nightmares for ME?)

Have a wonderful day there!
